The four-step route to production

  1. Brief. Size range, target volume, market, target price and compliance needs.
  2. Specification. We return a recommended fabric, film thickness, closure and hardware set with costings, usually within two working days.
  3. Sample. Built in 6–10 working days from approved artwork for your evaluation.
  4. Bulk. 35–50 days after sample sign-off, inspected to AQL 2.5, shipped FOB Xiamen.

Reach us directly at service@junyuanbags.com. Technical questions about film, seams or test methods are answered by the production team rather than a sales desk.

What happens after you send the brief

The brief goes to the production team rather than a sales desk, so the first reply already contains engineering judgement. If something in your request will not perform — a film too thin for the intended abrasion, a strap anchor placed through a welded seam, a colour that cannot be matched on the chosen fabric — you will hear about it at this stage rather than after sampling.

If everything checks out, expect a costed specification within two working days, then a sample once materials are confirmed. Keep your target price in the first message; it lets us propose a realistic construction instead of an idealised one you will then have to cut back.

Enquiry questions

What should I include in a first enquiry?

Product family, target volume per size, base fabric preference if you have one, destination market, target price and any compliance requirement you already know you need. Drawings or a reference sample speed up costing considerably.

How quickly will I get a price?

A costed specification with fabric recommendation normally comes back within two working days of receiving a complete brief. Anything requiring a new base fabric, a new tooling geometry or lab testing takes longer because those need external quotations.

Is there a charge for samples?

Sealed construction samples from stock patterns are generally free against courier cost. Fully made-to-order samples with printed panels or special colours carry a sample charge that is credited back against the bulk order.
