QUANZHOU JUNYUAN BAGS has produced waterproof bags since 2014, supplying roll-top dry bags, TPU waterproof backpacks, dry duffels, floating bags and welded totes to outdoor brands, paddle retailers and expedition outfitters. Production runs in an SGS-verified facility covering 4,950 m2 in Fujian Province, China.
What we do
We build waterproof carry to a buyer’s specification rather than selling a fixed catalogue. That means the closure type, strap geometry, film thickness, face fabric, hardware colour, print method, labelling and packaging are all decided before cut, with the cost consequences explained up front. Around 149 machines across 7 lines handle cutting, radio-frequency welding, printing and assembly, with capacity of roughly 200,000 pieces a month.
The team that runs those lines has been building bags for more than a decade, and most of the technical detail published on this site comes from failures rather than successes. A weld that peeled at minus 20 degrees, a print that crazed in tropical humidity, a buckle that went brittle after one season of strong UV — each became a specification rule.

How we work with buyers
Most enquiries arrive as a drawing, a reference sample or a rough brief, and the first reply is a costed specification rather than a quotation. Sampling follows once artwork and materials are agreed. Buyers are encouraged to put the sample through their own testing rather than relying on ours; a leak test in your warehouse tells you more about your use case than a laboratory certificate does. Only after sign-off does the order enter bulk, at which point changes become expensive for everyone.
